Woven By Us

A Creative, Social Prescribing Project

Since 2019 Fabrica has been working in partnership with Woodingdean Medical Centre to reach and support older people with complex health needs living in Woodingdean through our creative, social prescribing project, Woven By Us.

​

Designed around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, Woven By Us offers a creative, social and supportive group setting to learn new skills but also a space for individual projects, sharing knowledge and experience and building confidence.
